The Ultimate Orthodontic Solutions Course is an intensive 6-day Mini Residency Program in Orthodontics designed for orthodontists seeking a deeper, more structured understanding of diagnosis-driven biomechanics and modern clinical solutions.Taking place from October 7th to 12th, 2026, in the unique setting of Cantine Serrau, Sardinia, Italy, this international program offers a comprehensive and immersive educational experience that bridges diagnosis, biomechanics, fixed appliances, hybrid strategies, clear aligners, and advanced finishing protocols.Led by Professor Kleber Meireles, the course is built on a clear clinical philosophy: orthodontic excellence is achieved through precise diagnosis, sound biomechanical reasoning, and the intelligent integration of different treatment modalities. Throughout six consecutive days, participants will progress from foundational diagnostic principles to advanced biomechanical execution, combining theory with extensive hands-on practice using wax typodonts.This Mini Residency is limited to 35 participants, ensuring close interaction, in-depth discussion, and a highly practical learning environment. The program is conducted entirely in English and is tailored for orthodontists and advanced residents who want to refine their clinical decision-making, increase treatment efficiency, and achieve predictable, high-quality results in daily practice. Prof. Meireles will be supported by three orthodontic tutors: Dr. Alessandro Bruni, Dr. Davide Elsido and Dr. Daniel Olteanu.

The registration fee covers all theoretical and practical sessions, all materials required for the hands-on activities, and daily lunches and coffee breaks.

💰 Refund Policy
Registration Terms & Conditions
1. Binding Registration
Participation is by application and invitation only. Once your application has been approved and your registration is confirmed, your seat is reserved exclusively for you. Registrations are non-transferable and may not be reassigned or sold to another individual.
2. Refund Schedule
Because of the highly curated and limited nature of this event, refund eligibility is restricted as follows:
• 120 days or more prior to the event start date: 80% refund of the registration fee, less 100€ administrative fee.
• 90–119 days prior to the event start date: 50% refund of the registration fee, less 100€ administrative fee.
• Fewer than 90 days prior to the event start date: No refunds will be issued.
3. Force Majeure
The organizers are not responsible for failure or delay in performing their obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, government restrictions, or other causes beyond the organizer’s control. In such cases, in lieu of a refund, participants may participate to a new edition of the course scheduled within 18 months.
4. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
🍷Social Event
We recommend the "Surrau Thursday Appointment” on 8th October evening: a wine tasting dinner including 4 selected wines paired with gourmet dishes prepared by the chef.
The cost of the social event is included in the course fee. An additional fee of €80 per extra participant applies. Closing time 10:30–11:00 pm. An alternative menu is available for those who do not consume alcohol.

🏨 Accomodation
Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. The Costa Smeralda is a highly touristic area of Sardinia and offers hotels and accommodations of all kinds.If we may suggest, the area closest to the sea and to Cantine Surrau (where the course will be held) is Cannigione. From Olbia Airport, Cannigione can be reached by bus or taxi. Renting a car in October is also an excellent option, as it provides greater freedom during free time.We have selected a number of hotels and are currently arranging special rates, which will be shared with course participants as soon as possible.Participants are responsible for their own transportation from their accommodation to the course venue. The course staff will be staying in Cannigione, a town located about a 5-minute drive from Cantine Surrau.
